Four steps from
waste paper to nest.
At Eco Nest Plant, we use advanced machinery and automated systems to ensure the highest quality production. Our process involves the following steps:

Pulping
Waste paper and other recyclable fibers are shredded and mixed with water to create a pulp, which is the base material for our egg trays.

Molding
The pulp is poured into specialized molds, forming trays in the desired shape. The molding process is highly efficient, allowing for uniformity in tray quality.

Drying
After molding, the trays are dried using a combination of natural and controlled heat, ensuring they maintain their strength and durability while being fully dried without the use of harmful chemicals.
04
Finishing
The trays are inspected, sorted, and packaged according to customer specifications. We ensure that all trays are free from defects and ready for distribution.
